The Abbe House Inn is a quiet beautiful location on the outskirts of Heber Springs, AR. We are just minutes from the lake and the river, both great for fishing or boating. Heber Springs boasts several shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The veranda across the front of the house is a relaxing place to sit in a rocking chair and visit. The covered patio in back is a favorite spot to enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning or to the watch the sunset and deer in the evening. The space The Blue Room has nearly 350 sq ft of space. The room is on the ground floor and has a private entrance/exit to both the front and back of the house. The front entrance has a private sitting area to enjoy the morning sun or the cool evenings. The main room has one queen size bed, dresser, 2 sitting chairs and a 32-inch flat screen TV. The bath contains a large soaking tub but no shower, a sink and mirror and a separate area for the toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Guest access The living room has comfortable chairs and a couch, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for 14 – 20. The media room features a large screen and projector. The front veranda covers approximately 520 sf and has several rocking chairs. The back patio has nearly 1600 sf of covered space and 3200 sf of uncovered space with tables and chairs that are great for relaxing or visiting. The back patio has a large propane grill and a smaller charcoal grill that guests are welcome to use. During your stay Whether you arrive early or come in late, we will be here to greet you and show you to your room. Coffee will be ready for you when you get up in the morning (or anytime during the day) as well as a full breakfast. We will likely ask about your day, not because we are nosy but because we hope to get to know you better. Other things to note There is a chef that lives nearby who would be happy to cook you a gourmet meal. Just let us know ahead of time and we can make the arrangements. Cleburne County is a dry county. This doesn't mean you can't drink here; you will just need to bring any "adult beverages" with you as you will not be able to purchase nearby.
