This beautiful Carlsbad home is the perfect place to escape and unwind, or entertain and play. With five bedrooms, large living and dining room, a private upstairs loft (the 5th bedroom), and a backyard with hot tub and fire pit, you may never want to leave. But if you do venture out, we are located in the perfect spot tucked away on a private street with cul-de-sac, walking distance to the beach, a short bike ride or drive to the downtown Carlsbad village, and quick freeway access. BLRE003547 The space We have created the perfect family get-away or home for large groups. The kitchen is open to a large dining and living room. Three bedrooms and two bedrooms are located downstairs, one of which a bunkroom that can sleep up to 6 in beds. Two more rooms are located upstairs: a bedroom and loft that include a King bed and a couch for sleeping (or provided air mattress), television and an attached bathroom. These two bedrooms are accessed through the private, enclosed backyard from an exterior staircase. The upstairs rooms are an ideal location for a grandparents suite, a couple that would like more privacy, teen hangout for movie night, or parents with napping children. The backyard is enclosed and private with hot tub and firepit. The side-gate for the home is also used to access two private residences located behind the property.
