Set on a 1.8 acres lot that is surrounded by trees, the barn-style saltbox is located across from a five-acre bird sanctuary. Its minutes from Devon Beach and a short drive to Atlantic Avenue Beach and the shops and restaurants of Amagansett. The wood paneled interior and hardwood flooring gives the house a cozy cabin vibe. With an open plan living and dining area, guests can enjoy a seating area with comfortable leather couches and have a meal at the dining table that seats six. The kitchen features wood-paneled cabinetry and ample counterspace for whipping up an elaborate meal. Through picture window sliding glass doors, there is an expansive wraparound wood deck that looks out onto the beautifully landscaped property. With three minimally decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps four guests. The two second level bedrooms and bathroom shower are perfectly suited for kids, and may be a bit tight for adults. Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $25,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.
