Set on a 1.8 acres lot that is surrounded by trees, the barn-style saltbox is located across from a five-acre bird sanctuary. It’s minutes from Gardiners Bay Beach and a short drive to Atlantic Avenue Beach and the shops and restaurants of Amagansett. The wood paneled interior and hardwood flooring gives the house a cozy cabin vibe. With an open plan living and dining area, guests can enjoy a seating area with comfortable leather couches and have a meal at the dining table that seats six. The kitchen features wood-paneled cabinetry and ample counterspace for whipping up an elaborate meal. Through picture window sliding glass doors, there is an expansive wraparound wood deck that looks out onto the beautifully landscaped property. With three minimally decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps four guests. Utility Disclaimer: Utility fees are included in the total rental amount. The guest shall be responsible for the costs associated with excessive usage of utilities during the term of the reservation. Cleaning Disclaimer: All reservations longer than one week must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. For clarity purposes, the cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking. Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking. Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $20,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement. The guest experience for this property is managed by StayMarquis, a local vacation rental management company. By booking this property, you will receive a dedicated "Guest Experience Manager" who can help facilitate any request, from grocery shopping to organizing a private chef. You will also have access to 24/7 support that can assist with any question that might arise during your stay. It is important to note that any maintenance tasks are performed by the owner of this property.
