Surf + stay beach townhome

Come and enjoy everything that San Diego has to offer, stay in the middle of it all, and even learn to surf! My place is centrally located with easy access to the I-5 freeway. The beach is a 10 min. bike ride away (flat) and 5 min. from the bay. PB is within 15 minutes drive of the airport, Little Italy, Gaslamp, Old Town, North Park, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla, and Torrey Pines. You’ll have everything you’ll need to enjoy a relaxing and/or active vacation in San Diego! The space You will have access to one bedroom and one bathroom and all common areas - living room, dining room and kitchen- for private use. There is also a small patio area off the living room where you can sip your coffee in the morning or read a book, and a rooftop with bay views where you can sun bathe or have a drink in your own private space. Guest access Guests have access to bedroom, bathroom and all common areas. Entry as well as all living spaces are private and not shared with host or any other guests. Other things to note I live in this place when there are no guests so I do have some personal belongings in the common areas but the room you’ll be staying in is fully unoccupied- closet and drawers are all yours to use.
