Over 1000 square feet of deck space on two levels overlooks stunning 180 degree multi-layer mountain view in quiet, upscale neighborhood. The Cub House has an open concept living room and dining room area with panoramic mountain views from every room in the house. Custom built tongue and groove ceiling and wood accents throughout. The main floor has a striking fireplace and comfortable reclining leather furniture. The fuĺly equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, navy blue shaker cabinets, open shelving and a unique custom built live edge black walnut dining room table that seats ten. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with its own private full bath. Bedroom #1 has one queen bed and Bedroom #2 has two queen beds. Extra air mattress available. There is a finished basement with an additional full bathroom, gym and full sized futon sofa that is shared space with the owners. Guests have access to main level and upper level of the Cub House, as well as full use of the grounds (over 3 acres). The basement is shared space with the owners, and use of gym equipment requires owners' prior written consent and guest waiver of liability. Please, for your safety, no children under the age of 14 permitted in basement without parent or guardian present. Use of basement as additional sleeping accomodations requires owners' consent, as space is shared. Owners live next door and are happy to provide assistance, although we work remote so availability may be more limited during normal business hours. We LOVE this area and are very happy to provide suggestions. We very much enjoy getting to know folks, but we also respect our guests wishes, should they desire less interaction and more privacy. Our goal is to make this a nice, relaxing vacation to remember. Cub House is located in quiet upscale neighborhood of custom homes on large 3-10 acre lots in the Northridge subdivision on Tiger Mountain. Tiger Mountain is located in Rabun County, in the northeast corner of Georgia, convenient to I-985 and I-85, less than two hours from downtown Atlanta. Feels remote, yet less than a 10 minute drive to historic downtown Clayton, with fun boutiques, antiques and foodie scene. Extremely safe, private neighborhood with video surveillance at entrance. Come listen to the owls, crickets, cicadas and frogs - it's nature's symphony! Travel by car is necessary, although personal experience has demonstrated it is possible to walk to the Cub House from Tiger Mountain Vineyards. Unfortunately the Cub House is not child proof and is not suitable for children under the age of 7.
