Third bedroom has 2 single beds but also serves as a home office with a desk, good office chair, a wireless printer, a multiport phone charge, the enclosed patio has a Day bed with pull out trundle for for two more in the warmer months. Living room with a large Sofa. 2 rocking chairs and 2 wing back chairs for reading and a 42" flat screen with Fire TV (just log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc account or use your Home TV provider info to access channels. There is no cable service here just streaming services.) TV swivels to watch from the living, kitchen or dining room. There is a Wood burning fireplace and wood may be available. We recommend the compressed fire logs sold in the supermarket to get things going… OPEN THE FLUE! Huge covered and enclosed Patio with table and 4 chairs, daybed for the perfect nap, and a wicker set for sitting out to watch the water go by regardless of the weather. Down by the water edge you will find a table and chairs and a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. Table and chairs by the BBQ for alfresco dining in a lit area just off the patio. There are 2 zero gravity recliners to be used where you want, just please bring them back inside every evening. House has full central heating and Air-conditioning, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, gas range, Microwave, High speed internet and central vacuum. Large well equipped kitchen and a gas BBQ grill for preparation of wonderful meals at home. Patio has a small propane heater for cold mornings but you may need to refill the tank. Linens, towels, extra pillows, a blankets to snuggle under outside on the porch, bug repellent, soap and shampoo. Usually kitchen has salt and pepper, an assortment of spices, cooking oil and condiments as we leave all these things and guests tend to replace what they use and often add more. Pets may be accepted with prior approval. Please contact us as pets require an additional cleaning fee. BTW we have several dogs and a cat at home and understand wanting to bring them! Finally, we still consider this house a work in progress and hopefully repeat guests will see the ongoing improvements. Recently added or improved: railing and lights along side the driveway, ping pong table, and darts (the non-needle safe kind), game/card table and exercise area in the basement with tv for watching exercise videos. Guest access Contactless Check in and out. Guests have access to the basement and ground floor. The attic and separate garage are not accessible at this time, but you have 2 spaces in the attached Garage for cars with powered garage doors and extra parking in front. House is accessible by an electronic combination key lock with changeable code. You will be provided a private code on the morning of check in or the afternoon before and it will be changed upon your departure. (No issue of lost keys or who has it!) I can also lock or unlock the house for you remotely if you need us to do so or in an emergency Other things to note During the winter months we are ideally looking to book longer term rentals and will offer additional discounts for over 2 months. Also note that there is no state 15% hospitality tax after 30 days or for stays of 90 days. Our calendar is limited to 6 months prior but for extended stays please inquire about availability farther out
