The space Key Features Spacious Layout: ~1,000 sq. ft. with 1 master bedroom, a large loft, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Sleeps 10 Comfortably: 4 queen beds + 1 queen sleeper sofa (we recommend a maximum of 8 adults). Modern Amenities: Complimentary Netflix on every TV, plus smart TVs in each room for streaming your own content. Prime Location: Just a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair, Village Ski & Snowboard School, and Main Street’s shops and restaurants. Relaxation: Enjoy access to the pool and 4 hot tubs conveniently located below the condo balcony. Room Details Main Level: Master Bedroom: Queen bed, HDTV, and a closet for all your snow or hiking gear. Living Area: Queen sleeper sofa, HDTV, and cozy seating for movie nights or relaxation. Dining Area: Large farm table with seating for 10, overlooking the living space. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Loft: Sleeping Space: 3 queen beds with an HDTV and a full bathroom. Charming Detail: Sloped roofline adds character, but adults and older kids should watch their heads. Location, Location, Location! Leave the car behind! This condo is a short 5-minute walk to: The Quicksilver SuperChair and Village Ski & Snowboard School for winter adventures. Main Street’s vibrant shopping, dining, playgrounds, and grocery stores. Need a midday break? Avoid resort lunch prices by heading back to the condo for a cozy meal before returning to the slopes or town. Traveling with a Larger Group? Looking for more space? We have another condo in the same building with 1,500 sq. ft.—perfect for bigger groups. Check it out here! Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the condo during your stay. Check-in begins at 4 PM, and while we’d love to accommodate early arrivals, it’s not always possible due to back-to-back bookings. Access Details: Self Check-In: A unique PIN code will be provided for the entry door before your stay. Your custom PIN is valid throughout your trip, so there’s no need to worry about lost keys or sharing them with your group members. Stairs: The condo is on the third floor and requires climbing two flights of stairs to reach the front door. Pool & Laundry Heated Pool & Hot Tubs: The brand-new heated pool, 4 hot tubs, and pool house opened in December 2018. Located right next to our building, the pool is easily visible from the balcony. The pool house also features convenient changing rooms and showers, so you can slip into warm, dry clothes before the quick 30-second walk back to the condo. Pool Maintenance: The pool has seasonal closures for maintenance in late spring (typically early May) and late fall (typically late October). Hours: Winter Season: 12 PM–8 PM | Summer Season: 10 AM–8 PM. Laundry Facilities: Washers and dryers are located in a shared laundry room just below the condo. Each load (wash and dry) costs $2.50. Note: Per Breckenridge Town Code, the Maximum Overnight Occupancy is 6 guests. Other things to note We’re proud to offer a direct, personal experience. Because we are not a management company, you’re only paying for the condo itself - no extra fees for unnecessary overhead like staff, receptionists, or office buildings. This allows us to focus on providing you with exceptional value and a more personalized stay.
