Come stay on the banks of the Hocking in the city. Three large rooms with five comfy beds. 2 large full bathrooms. This unit is on the ground floor. It is great for accessibility, however, there may be noises from guests in the other 2 units. Quiet hours are implemented for this. Please note, if you planning on bringing pets, there could be other pets on the premise. Also, we do not want the pets to be disturbing guests in other units. Especially if your pet barks in new environments or The space You will be on the property of White’s Mill a landmark of Athens. The business has been open since 1809. Stop on in during your stay. You won’t regret it. You’ll take a step back in time and be amazed by the selection in the store. Guest access The apartment is very private. Two entrances to come and go as you please. You have access to the lower patio and the lawn around the patio. Easy access to the bike path as well. Other things to note There is a gate across the parking lot. We ask that you keep it closed as you come and go.
