Located on the 10th floor, central to Destin's best attractions including beaches, restaurants, stores, HarborWalk, etc. The resort offers an onsite restaurant with patio bar, gym, playground, basketball/tennis/pickle ball courts. A shuttle is provided to transport you to the beach. 3 day minimum no saturday check outs The space The unit has newly updated vinyl flooring and new furnishing. With it's soothing beach theme, it's almost like you never left the beach! Kitchen has tile flooring and is fully equipped with full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster, glass-top stove, dishwasher and dishes/cookware. Living room has 55" smart tv, recliner and pull-out sofa. Master bedroom offers a king size bed, 50" smart tv, private bathroom and personal entrance to balcony. Bedroom offers Full-size Bunk beds and private bathroom. Guest access Guest have access to a abundance of amenties including our pool/ hot tub area, gym, playground, basketball and tennis courts and many more. There is a new onsite Bistro Restaurant and outdoor pool-side bar. We have a complementary shuttle that can bring you to and from the beach for your convenience.
