A recently updated cozy getaway located within minutes of downtown Palm Springs. Every detail in our home has been thoughtfully designed. From the poolside fire pit you'll enjoy Mountain View sunsets at, to the light filled open living space, your stay will leave you relaxed and refreshed. The space Bedrooms: Our home has 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. This is perfect for 2 families planning a vacation together! Each master bedroom has a king bed and smart tv. Additionally, we have 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The twin bedroom also has a smart tv. There is 1 full guest bathroom with a shower and tub for these 2 rooms to share (totaling 3 full bathrooms). All bedrooms have fresh bedding, ceiling fans, hangers/clothing storage, and privacy locks. Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms that are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers and fresh towels for each guest. Living Space: Our living area includes several comfortable seating options and also opens up to the backyard for the ultimate indoor/outdoor experience. There is a smart tv in the living room. Connected to this room is a dining nook that overlooks the kitchen. Kitchen: Our kitchen is stocked with everything you should need to cook all of your meals if you decide to stay in. Pots, pans, baking sheets, baking dishes, all cooking utensils, flatware, indoor and outdoor drink ware, blender, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, Brita water purifier, and dinnerware is included. We also have basic spices you are welcome to use. Laundry room: We have a washer and dryer guests are welcome to use. Detergent pods and dryer sheets are available. Vacuum, broom, and step ladder are also located in the laundry space if needed. AC/Heater: Air conditioner and heater are available in our home and powered by Nest (instructions will be included in house manual). Backyard: Our backyard features a pool and spa surrounded by several comfortable seating areas for you to relax in. You will find sun loungers, outdoor couch and arm chairs, dining table and seating for 8, a fire pit with it's own seating, barbecue, hammocks, artificial grass for your pets, solar powered string lights, rechargeable outdoor lamps, an outdoor bin of pool floats, and a lime tree that we love for cocktails and sparkling water! *pool heating is an extra fee noted below* Parking: We have a large driveway where you can park 3 cars off the street. Pets: We love dogs and welcome them in our home! There is an additional charge of $50 PER DOG for your stay. Please send your request prior to booking - simply send a message with how many dogs you will have with you. Pet Rules - Please keep them off furniture when you can. - We provide biodegradeable doggy bags, please pic up after your pet. - Please keep your pets on a leash when in the front of the home - We provide cleaner, if there are any accidents please clean them up immediately - Please do not leave pets unattended around the pool - Keep your pets inside when pool cleaner/gardeners are present, both for the safety of the cleaner/gardener as well as your pet as they come through the side gates. (Tuesday + Friday between 6:30 and 7am) Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Our owners closet is locked and located in the twin bedroom. We've provided additional storage outside of the closet for guest use. Other things to note Additional fees: - Pet fee $50/dog (dogs only) - Pool heating $50/day If we find signs of smoking, you will forfeit your security deposit. If we find signs of pets that were not permitted, you will be charged. If excessive cleaning is necessary after your stay, you will be charged. Pool maintenance: Our pool guy comes every Tuesday and Friday morning between 6:30am and 7am. He comes through the side gate. Please be sure pets are inside. Landscape maintenance: Done on Tuesday mornings in front and back yards for 20-30 minutes. Trash: Trash service is Tuesday. They come in and remove the bins, so no need to do anything! Please just make sure that you are not blocking the bins so they can access them. Blue is for your recyclables Brown is for regular trash A friendly reminder that this is our home, not a hotel.
