The approx. 20 m² friendly living area invites you to enjoy cozy hours under cozy sloping roofs with a comfortable couch, a wicker armchair, LCD TV and a mini stereo system with radio/CD player. An internet connection via LAN and Wi-Fi is at your disposal free of charge. The dining table offers enough space for 4 people and the kitchenette harmoniously integrated in the living area is equipped with a fridge, a 4-burner electric stove, an oven, a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, various small inventory and an American kitchen counter with 2 bar stools. Just a 2-minute walk away, two bakers offer you a rich selection and a few steps further you will find a well-stocked shopping market. The apartment has two differently sized, friendly bedrooms. One bedroom is generously sized and furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom is a cozy little sleeping area under sloping roofs with 2 single beds - ideal for 2 children, but of course also for adults. The apartment also has a modern shower room, which completes the good impression of the equipment with a bathtub, a separate shower, toilet, towel warmer and a hairdryer.
