Cozy, like home. pretty much all amenities. Full kitchen. A small terrace in the front with a two top table, and a quiet one in back as well. Good closet space. Two tv's, with streaming capability. Has Amazon tv, netflixs, You tube etc.... accessible to bus, across the street. Metro is a short bus ride away this is a second floor walkup The space Two bed rooms. first one has a new queen bed, large closet, big screen TV. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed, large closet across the hall Living room has large screen TV, spacious room, great lighting Kitchen is fully equipped with many gadgets. Including a De Longhi espresso machine, coffee maker, mixer, microwave, nice toaster oven, plenty of spices, etc and a two seater table to have coffee and look out on the beautiful garden out the window. Great dining room - with a full length table with six pretty chairs, side tables etc Front terrace with table to watch the city go by and quiet rear terrace as well. Washer/dryer We just did some upgrades, including a new twenty foot runner in the hall (and new beds) Bike rental across the street. Guest access the entire place is yours. We do keep personal items there so please respect our things. If you use something in the kitchen, simply replace it.
