Guest access You may park in the driveway — it’s a tight fit, but two cars can park side by side or one behind the other. Please do not park in front of neighbors’ homes. If you need extra parking, there are open spots just a 1-minute walk away along the grass area near the stop sign on Pine Street. Thanks so much for respecting our home and neighborhood guidelines. Other things to note – No parties allowed. Please stick to the number of guests listed in your reservation. – No smoking anywhere on the property. A $1000 fine applies for violations. – Thermostat Notice: The thermostat in the kitchen controls the entire home. Since heat rises, the upstairs may get warmer — we recommend cooling the space before bedtime for comfortable sleep. Please keep the temperature between 68–77°F to support energy conservation. – Hot Water Info: The shower offers strong pressure and hot water, but it may take up to a minute to fully heat. On rare occasions, the water heater may need a reset. If this happens, just let us know — it’s a quick 15-minute fix and we’re happy to take care of it.
