Enjoy our 2000 sq ft lake house in a private peaceful community with panoramic views of the lake. We are a licensed BNB with DeSoto County and the State of Mississippi until the year 2035. (Lic # 20110070) You will have the entire lake house to yourself and we provide coffee and pastries for breakfast. We are 15 minutes from Tunica Expo, 5 minutes to Tunica National Golf Course, 10 Minutes to the casinos; 38 minutes to Beale St, Bass Pro Shop, Peabody Hotel, Graceland and The Lorraine Hotel. The house is designed to enjoy views of the lake all day long. The kitchen, great room, and downstairs sitting area all overlook the lake. There are also two balconies, a patio, deck, and dock to enjoy the outdoor space from every angle. We also provide a self service continental breakfast: Coffee, Juices and pre packaged pastries. Anything more substantial you will have to bring yourself. We do provide all the cookware, tableware and spices. And just in case you don't hit the grocery store your first night and don't feel like going out there is some spaghetti and meat sauce in the cabinet for your convenience. Must be at least 21 to rent The entire house is available for guest use. The kitchen, dining and living room, master bedroom, bathroom, and upper balcony are on the main level and can be accessed with only one step into the house. We have also had an "Use and Occupancy" inspection by the county to make sure the house is up to date with county regulations. We live on the same lake and can be there if needed. This lake is home to a few households. Enjoy fishing for crappie, bream, bass, and catfish or watching many bird species including blue herons and a pair of bald eagles. We do ask that if you are fishing, you are respectful to the community and only fish for what you intend to eat. Since this is a private lake, you do not need to have fishing license to fish here. The nearest bate shop is 6 minutes away called Outfitters. There is sufficient parking at the house. We are not close to public transportation. This is a country lake house. I do spray and pressure wash the house from time to time but you could encounter mosquitoes, gnats, dragon flies, salamanders, tree frogs, toads, turtles and snakes. We also have 2 American Bald Eagles that hunt and fish on the lake. This is normal in the country but if you have any phobias then please reconsider this listing. However, if you want to get a Mark Twain or Hemmingway experience, come on down!
