Tybee Time - Relax and Unwind!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the top deck with an ocean breeze and view in a spacious, comfortable home designed for true beach relaxation. Located on the less crowded north end of the island and minutes to the beach, Memorial park, great restaurants and ice cream shops. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower after a day at the beach and parking for up to five vehicles. The space Our home offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together and apart. The second floor deck opens to the main living area, fully equipped kitchen and a half bath. Upstairs in the primary bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable king bed with a large walk in closet and bath that opens to the top deck with a partial ocean view. The second bedroom also has a comfy king bed that opens onto the deck and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed and a twin bed. Plus there's a great open space below the house with a ping pong table and extra parking for cars along with a quiet area for charcoal grilling. The house is less than a five minute walk to the beach and we provide a cart to carry your beach supplies along with towels and chairs for your day in the sun. And there are two bikes to ride over to the lighthouse and other parts of the island. The beaches are much less crowded on the north end and it’s a very safe and family friendly area. We welcome guests that are over 25 years (unless accompanied by an adult) and would love to host you during your stay on Tybee! **Please note, we provide start up supplies for our guests including several dishwasher/washing machine pods, trash bags, body soap, shampoo and a few rolls of paper towels and toilet paper per bathroom. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring them. Guest access Enter through the back stairs entrance with the keypad. A front door house key is hanging by the front entrance for guests to use while visiting. Other things to note No events, (wedding, bachelorette, spring break) parties, pets or smoking inside home are allowed and terms of rental will be void and immediate eviction will be enforced. Persons other than those specified in the booking are not allowed to stay overnight unless approved by host in advance. Quiet after 10 per City Ordinance and please be respectful of our neighbors. Guest booking must be over 25 due to insurance policy.
