Keyless entry is provided for this home by using a personal code issued for the duration of your stay, making coming and going a breeze. Other things to note **City Noise Ordinance** The Palm Springs Noise Ordinance is Strictly Enforced. We ask all guests to be respectful neighbors. Music must not be played outside, as the city issues citations for noise heard beyond the property's perimeter. Any noise complaint made to management may incur an additional charge of up to $500.00, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please be aware that if the city measures noise with a decibel reader and issues a fine or citation, all guests must immediately vacate the property without a refund. The lead guest will be responsible for paying all incurred city fines. **Utility & Heating Fees** Due to high utility costs in the desert, heating or cooling services are priced separately and must be paid 3 days before check-in: **Winter Months:** • Spa Heat Only: $25 per night. • Pool & Spa Heat: $75 per night. **Summer Months:** A flat utility fee of $ 50 per day applies to help offset the increased cost of A/C. **Monthly Stays (28+ nights)** The guest is responsible for the full monthly gas and electric bill.
