Recently updated and ready for your next getaway! This tiny home is located just a short minute walk from a calm, private beach. The interior decor creates a modern coastal feel to fit the style of the home. Creek views can be enjoyed from every window of the home and from the loft bed. It features a full kitchen with quartz counter tops, a fully tiled bath, outdoor shower, large front porch and a quaint back yard with added privacy fencing. Enjoy our fire pit with twinkle lights strung above. The space We love our fur babies but our place is not suitable for pets. Other things to note *We are in a great location with a brewery, distillery, cidery, and vineyard all within 15 minutes. The fall is such a fun time to visit! Check out our many farmers markets-one with a corn maze, hay ride and pumpkin picking- and watch the farmers harvest their crops! Smith Beach is a quaint but bustling waterfront community in a rural area. There are neighboring homes close by and a historic downtown minutes away. An aquaculture facility is located just down the street where you can get fresh clams. These folks are hard at work and it’s neat to see this pure side of the shore. * If using the firepit or grill, please bring some extra wood and a lighter just to be safe *There are several no trespassing signs around the community.
