On the Beach! Private pool- Plant! Water Tanks!

Condado-Ocean Park is a pleasant, lively neighborhood of San Juan, many local and trendy restaurants and a beautiful urban beach, walking distance (about 12-20 steps). The apartment has a pool that can be warm. It is delicious in windy days or with kids at night). We have power plant and tanks in case the water company cut the water in the area (happens often lately!!! We have three apartments and just two parking so tell Isabel in advance if you need parking. Ask if you want a concierge. The space It is a tropical beautifully furnish apartment, open spaces, private pool and with all you can possibly need for a perfect stay, even washer and dryer. We are helping in any way you ask for making your time in our home just perfect. Please, be aware the second room is a mezzanine so it has not a door. JUST THE MASTER BEDROOM AND THE MEZZANINE . Guest access You will have the whole townhouse for you and the pool is private. The beach is 12-20 steps from the apartment. We have one bedroom and one mezzanine/loft with two twin beds. Also, we have a comfortable sofa that fits two more guests. Other things to note We offer even buggy boards. We have a hose in one of the patios, open windows, air conditioner, a heated pool if you want, fans in every room. Exquisite style. And we have a power plant and water tanks, very important in PR after Maria electricity and water is weak. NOT PARTIES ALLOWED. NOT VISITORS ALLOWED. The pool is heated if you wish!!!!! sometimes at night is good to worm it a bit. Pets are allow for an extra fee of $200 per pet.
