The pool with its sun terrace is at the common disposal of the guests during the summer months of July and August. The apartments are a suitable starting point for Umbria lovers: only 10 km away is the medieval "wine town" of Montefalco; on the opposite side of the slope is the equally picturesque Spello; from here it is only a stone's throw (or a day's hike in the footsteps of St. Francis)) over the bare Monte Subasio to Assisi. Equally easy to reach are the historic hill towns of Todi and Spoleto (20-30 km). Available from the owner on site: sheep's cheese and olive oil.
