Work will commence on building two and then building one. Stucco and concrete repairs will occur on all five buildings between mid-January and mid-February 2024. Throughout this project, grinding, scaffolding work, and lifts may be audible during working hours. Painting will also occur. Sometime in January to February 2024, Dune Doctors will begin working on a dune renourishing project to remove invasive foliage and replant. This will be behind the east and west buildings, with work transpiring throughout the year. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours.
