Located in the quietest area of El Rompido and right on the beach. It has INTERNET and a 65" Smart TV There is a KAYAK (with capacity for 2 adults and 1 child) and a PADDLE SURF board, to take rides along the Rompido estuary, fish or even do yoga on the Paddle Surf. The space Ground floor with a large, fully equipped kitchen (with all kinds of appliances), a living-dining room and a toilet. First floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with this layout: Master bedroom: 150 cm bed (cot available), 40" TV and separate bathroom. - Wooden bedroom: with a 105 cm bed and a 90 cm bed - Children's bedroom: with three 90 cm beds (one of them raised). - And another full bathroom. Guest access It has a large, very quiet communal pool (open from 15 June to 15 September approximately) and access to the beach 50 metres away, making it the only area of El Rompido with a beach. Other things to note Living by the beach, without parking problems, you can usually park right at the door. Located between two marinas with ferries that take you to La Flecha del Rompido. There are two golf courses in the area: the 36-hole El Rompido Golf and the 18-hole Golf Nuevo Portil. Cartaya is 7 kilometers away with a wide range of shopping options: Carrefour, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, etc. You can use the intercity transport (bus) with a stop 200 meters from the house.
