We offer this pretty 36 m2 2-room house, located 800 meters from Fismes city center. It is close to shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank...) and located 20 minutes from Reims, the Montagne de Reims Regional Park, the Chemin des Dames and 30 minutes from Soissons. The space We have fully renovated, equipped and revamped this house to offer you a quality stay with all the comforts you need. On the ground floor, you will have a fully equipped kitchen: conventional oven, induction stove, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc. It opens onto the living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed and flat-screen TV. Upstairs, there is a separate toilet and an air-conditioned master suite with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a 160 x 90 cm shower, and a vanity unit. Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, hairdryer are provided. You will also have Wi-Fi access. An electric vehicle charging socket is available in front of the house. Baby essentials (crib, high chair, bouncer) can be provided upon request. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; an ashtray is available outside. Upon checkout, the property must be left in the same condition as you found it: - Dishes and fridge should be clean - Garbage bags must be closed, taken out, and deposited in the containers provided for this purpose in the private courtyard next to the house. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged. For your information, the exterior of the property is equipped with a CCTV system.
