House in Fismes – 3-star furnished tourist accommodation

We offer this pretty 36 m2 2-room house, located 800 meters from Fismes city center. It is close to shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank...) and located 20 minutes from Reims, the Montagne de Reims Regional Park, the Chemin des Dames and 30 minutes from Soissons. The space On the ground floor you will have a fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster... It opens onto the living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed and flat-screen TV. Upstairs is a separate toilet and an air-conditioned master suite with 160 x 200 cm double bed, 160 x 90 cm shower and vanity unit. Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, hairdryer are provided. You will also have Wi-Fi access. An electric vehicle charging socket is available in front of the house. Baby essentials (crib, high chair, bouncer seat) can be provided upon request. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, an ashtray is available outside. On your departure, the property must be left as you found it: - dishes and refrigerator must be clean - garbage bags must be closed, taken out and deposited in the containers provided for this purpose in the private courtyard located next to the house. In case of non-compliance with this instruction, a cleaning fee of 50 euros will be requested. For your information, the outside of the accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system. Guest access Parking spaces are available in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. Parking is not allowed in the private courtyard next to the house.
