Guest over the published limit: USD 100* each. * Credit card only. The CONDO is an apartment complex located on the beachfront. This does not mean that all apartments have an ocean view. There are ocean view and bay view apartments. It has two swimming pools, gym, patio, ample parking and direct access to the beach (for guests only). Each tower has several elevators and on each floor there is a laundry area with washing machines and dryers (for a fee). Almost all apartments have balconies, except those on the ground floor. With your reservation the apartment will have clean bed linen, towels for the apartment and also for the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that cleaning products and groceries are not included. Guests will access the reserved apartment with a code that will be given to them by our staff at the destination, once the guests have contacted them. If you need to check in late after our staff is no longer available there will be no inconvenience. If you know this information in advance, please let our Airbnb Reservations staff know. In order to use the common areas of the Condo, guests must register at the Registration office. The process can sometimes be slow if it coincides with busy arrival dates. Please be patient and respect the directions. The Condo staff has no relationship with us. However, we always ask you to be respectful with their work and be attentive to their indications, they will inform us of any inconvenience. The Reservations staff will always assist you from Airbnb. Our "In Destination" staff will assist guests when they are about to arrive, when they check in or during their stay. In case of any inconvenience before your arrival, we suggest you write to us through Airbnb. Once accommodated any doubt or incidence is preferable to talk to our team on site, they will help you and inform our Reservations team. Hollywood Beach, modern, relaxed but active, is one of the main tourist spots between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. This area maintains an incredible year-round climate. Today, Hollywood boasts not only beautiful, sparkling beaches, but also a diverse population of working class families and single adults from different backgrounds, all in an exciting mix of local culture with Cuban, Peruvian, Romanian, Colombian and other influences. Strolling for Shopping or taking boardwalks or beach activities: Hollywood Beach has first-class options for all of these or just an invigorating jog before venturing into the center of this fantastic area. And if that's not enough, the city's sporting or artistic activities are another highlight! Although public transportation is available, we recommend our guests to come in their own or rented vehicle for convenience and to move around the area! The Condo does not have luggage storage. If you arrive early or leave late, please note that there will be no place to leave your luggage. Guests usually leave their luggage in their vehicles. There is a place to order meals at the Condo. There is also another option across the street. And less than 5 minutes away, across the Bay Bridge, there are large supermarkets. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, please consult our Reservations staff. Service and costs are managed by the Condominium, not by us. All of our units at Tides have Ethernet connection available for the wifi. - Wires are not provided. In the apartments there are beach chairs and an umbrella. If you need more chairs you can request them to our staff at destination.
