Common areas include two amazing pools, one large infinity pool with the unparalleled view of the ocean and Crash Boat Beach, the other with a relaxing water fall. Gazebo, lounging areas and award-winning lush landscape surrounds the gated area. The space Clean and comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen, cable tv in the living room, WIFI, large balcony and a beautiful view perfect for relaxing on your vacation. Guest access All of the apartment is intended for guests' use. The apartment is private, there will be other people inside complex in the common areas, such as the pools, gazebo, parking area, etc. Other things to note There are new rules and schedules for the use of common areas, due to the pandemic. *Please note: We are not responsable for power, water, cable, or Wi-Fi outages that may occur. No refunds will be given for these reasons. The hot tub (which is not advertised as an amenity) that appears in the balcony area is out of service. Do not use, it will flood the apartment.
