The top floor is not occupied for guests, is our remote office (we avoid going to the property when occupied for privacy). The 1st floor has a private balcony viewing the beach and also a backyard patio with fenced parking. There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The 3 bedrooms have A/C, gas stove, water heater and great wifi. You will always have power. If the electric power goes off, the whole property runs on solar power (but not A/C).
