Other things to note Prime Location & Easy Access The apartment is just 7 minutes by car from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, making your arrival super easy. You can take an Uber, one of the most convenient options, or grab a taxi directly from the terminal. We recommend downloading the Airbnb app (if you’re not already using it), so both you and your guest can have direct access to all the arrival and check-in instructions. You’ll find step-by-step guidance with photos, making your self-check-in process smooth and easy. This information becomes available 48 hours before your stay begins. Condo Access & Security Before your arrival, we’ll ask you to share your estimated arrival time and the full names of all guests staying with you. Please note: The condominium does not have a luggage storage area, so if you arrive early, we suggest requesting an early check-in in advance. This option is subject to availability, includes an additional fee, and must be confirmed by us. If you’d like a late check-out, let us know ahead of time. We’ll gladly assist you if the calendar allows it! The building has a backup generator that powers common areas and elevators. While it doesn’t supply electricity inside the apartment, Isla Verde is a well-serviced tourist area, and in the rare event of a utility outage, power and water are typically restored quickly. These interruptions are uncommon and usually only happen when service providers are performing maintenance or addressing a minor issue. In general, any service disruption is brief and efficiently resolved, so you can continue enjoying your stay with peace of mind.
