My Vintage Home, Private pool - Sea View, Naxos

A unique detached Stonehouse in Agios Prokopios with a small private pool and sea view .Situated just 7 minutes walk from the famous beach of Agios Prokopios . The perfect location to relax and enjoy your holidays . It has a bedroom with a queen size bed , a small living room area with a fully equipped traditional styled kitchen, a large sofa for the whole family and a large Wifi-Tv.The second bedroom includes three single beds and a second ensuite bathroom . The space My Vintage Home is a recently restored old farmhouse, always with respect to the surrounding area , the nature ,and the traditional Cycladic architecture. The interior space of the house is at 53 sqm ! and includes two bedrooms , and a kitchen and living room area and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 5 quests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large oven, a stove, an espresso machine,a toaster and the necessary kitchen tools, plus a washing machine for clothes. A nice comfortable and cosy living room area to relax and enjoy the view at the pool and the Sea, or maybe to watch Wifi-32 inch TV (Netflix). There are also two bedrooms , both separated by doors. The first bedroom includes a double bed with a queen size mattress ,with a A/C and an outdoor area with amazing view to the pool and the Sea, and sun-chairs to relax. The second bedroom has a sliding door that separates it from the living room-kitchen area and could accommodate up to three people maximum, it has one single sofa bed that (could be used also as a sofa) and one bunk bed, also has a A/C and a second smaller ensuite bathroom. By request it could be added a baby cot without extra cost. The outdoor area has a private small pool with 2 hydro-massage jets and a seating area inside the pool. There is also a large table , and a patio area with shadow and couple sunchairs and a build in small sofa, to enjoy the extraordinary view at the sea and Agios Prokopios beach. As far as the design and the style, the traditional cycladic style with soft colours,perfectly combined with the natural stone made walls , well chosen wood and marble interior. But also outside with the large bamboo pergola, that provides shadow,all materials carefully chosen, always with respect to maintain the unique spirit of the Greek islands architecture. We also vote for sustainability and we offer to our guests some of the best quality new e-bikes, at very competitive rates. It is one of the best options to explore the island and the coast area . Just send us a message, for more informations regarding our new e-bikes. The best way to get from the port, or the airport, to the house, is with a taxi or maybe a bus. We could also assist you with renting a car if needed, just let us know. Other things to note The plunge pool is up to 4 meters long and up to 1.25 meters deep and 2,5 meters wide. Children should only use the pool under the supervision of their parents ! Please don’t use sunscreen once you are in the plunge pool, or firstly wash it off, once you get back from beach .🙏 It’s not allowed to step on the edge wall of the pool !
