Independent 3* cottage, 35 m2, for 2 people. Please note: Jacuzzi available from 6/1 to 9/30. Accommodation located on the ground floor of our house. Air-conditioned, comfortable, barbecue, sheets/towels provided, washing machine, bike room, Wi-Fi. About 200 m2 of private outdoor land at the cottage, 1 private parking space on the property. The space - Equipped kitchenette, dishes, induction stove, fridge + mini freezer, toaster, microwave, traditional oven, range hood, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. The accommodation is cool, but if necessary you can use the air conditioning located in the main room, which is sufficient to cool the entire accommodation. Fans on site for those who prefer. - Sitting area with sofa bed 140 x 190 (Dunlopillo mattress) + 1 Bedroom with large closet, bed 140 (very good bedding), mosquito net and quiet window overlooking your inner courtyard. Free parking at the foot of the accommodation Other things to note - Private outdoor hot tub at the cottage 2m x 2m naturally heated in summer to about 34 degrees.(Accessible from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. according to hygiene rules). Available every day from June 1 to the end of September. - Cyclists/Bikers: Room with storage for helmets, gloves, jackets... 2 wheel/motorcycle chocks in parking lot Possibility of storing 2 bikes (electrical outlets for battery). - Respect for the premises, night noise and unauthorized event evenings. Visits from outsiders prohibited. - Small dog accepted (excluding dangerous category), with supplement (included in the rental price if you have selected it correctly during your booking) and if... Clean, well-behaved, discreet, kind and accepting the presence of a cat on the land). (cat or other animal not accepted). Our kitty walks on the grounds but won't bother you. - No cleaning fee charged, the accommodation must be returned clean, tidy, garbage thrown away, dishes done and put away, barbecue cleaned, toilets cleaned, main terrace swept.
