The space The stylish bedroom is fitted with a flat-screen Smart TV and blackout blinds. The sleeping area and En suite are situated to the rear of the apartment to provide quiet away from the road. The kitchen is well equipped, suitable for cooking substantial meals and stocked at the start of your stay with your basic essentials such as sugar, tea, coffee & granola. The bathroom is an en-suite with shower and towels and premium soaps/shampoos are provided. The apartment also has private use of a second bathroom and shower, though it is accessed via the communal corridor and up a short flight or stairs. The apartment has a dining table that can be used as a working area and complementary WiFi is included throughout the building. We have 4 other similar apartments within the building, so if this unit is not available or if you may prefer a different apartment, let us know! Please note the building is located on a main road so there is some street noise from this. Guest access Guests will have access to the front door, hallways, stairs and the apartment. Other things to note There is an additional shower room up on the landing which offers plenty of storage. The combination washer & dryer is located on the landing (separate to flat but sole private use). Unfortunately the parking space out the front is not available for guest use - please do not park you cars here! The apartment is located on a main road so street noise is inevitable.
