Villa Habana is located in a quiet residential area between El Vendrell and Calafell, offering privacy, comfort and easy access to beaches, seaside towns and local attractions. Villa Habana is also ideal for longer stays in spring and autumn, when guests can enjoy cycling routes, wine tourism in the Penedès region and peaceful coastal walks. The house offers more than 180 sqm of living space distributed across two bright floors, providing generous space for families and groups. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms (two twin rooms and two double bedrooms), one with a private bathroom, a large terrace with beautiful open views, and an additional bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with fireplace, TV and a dining area for 8 guests, with direct access to the porch and garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house also features ceiling fans and heating for the winter season. WiFi is available throughout the property. There are eight beds in total. Outdoor area: The villa offers a spacious covered porch, a summer kitchen with both charcoal and gas barbecue, and a private enclosed garden that is generous, peaceful and ideal for relaxing evenings and family gatherings. The garden is carefully maintained and features a modern 7 x 5.5 m private swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi. For families with children, a removable safety fence for the pool can be installed upon request. Children love the garden and pool area, while adults can relax on the shaded porch. Location & surroundings Villa Habana enjoys a privileged location on the Costa Dorada with easy access to the C-32 and AP-7 motorways, allowing effortless trips to Barcelona, Sitges, Tarragona and the famous PortAventura theme park. The villa is situated in the heart of the Baix Penedès region, surrounded by vineyards and close to the renowned Penedès wine region, where many wineries offer tastings and guided tours of their cava and wine cellars. Just 5 minutes away, guests can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches of Calafell and Sant Salvador, perfect for swimming, seaside walks and relaxing Mediterranean sunsets. The area also offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as cycling along quiet country roads, hiking in nearby natural parks like Garraf Natural Park and the Montmell mountains, or playing golf at several nearby courses. During the winter months, guests can even enjoy day trips to the Pyrenees or Andorra, where skiing and mountain activities are possible. Baby cots are available. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, garden and all outdoor areas. The property features a spacious covered porch, a private enclosed garden and a summer kitchen with gas stove and barbecue. There is also a ping-pong table available for guests to enjoy. Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Parking is easy on the street directly in front of the property, and there is also space to park a car inside the property if preferred. The villa and pool area are for the exclusive use of registered guests and are not shared with other properties. Other things to note Tourist licence number: HUTT008314 Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Small pets are allowed (maximum 2 small dogs). Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 23:00. Villa Habana is located in a quiet residential area intended for family tourism. Out of respect for our neighbours, parties and events of any kind are not permitted. Only guests registered with the local authorities and included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Day visitors are allowed occasionally but must not exceed the maximum capacity of the house. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the stay. Mandatory payments: Tourist tax: 1.75 € per person per day for guests aged 17 and over (maximum 7 days). Additional charges: During the winter months, if guests wish to use the central heating, gas consumption will be charged according to use at 1.50 € per cubic metre. To encourage responsible use of resources, unusually high consumption of water (more than 4 m³ per week) may be charged at 10 € per additional m³. Electricity consumption may be charged at 0.40 € per kWh in case of excessive use.
