There are smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom with Roku, access to Netflix and Wi-Fi.. One reserved parking space is available during your stay, in a gated parking lot. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, cooktop stove (no oven), microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, rice maker, blender, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, coffee mugs. We provide bath towels, beach towels and a cooler with wheels. Our place is located in a walk up style building (no elevator); therefore may not be suitable for toddlers/young children and persons with mobility difficulties. The use of gas/coal BBQ is strictly prohibited by the HOA and Fire Department. Occasional power outages and decreased water pressure are possible throughout the island. We provide rechargeable lightbulbs and flashlights. Supplies and first aid kit are located in the master closet. Wash/dry and fold laundry services are offered off site, with convenient pick up and delivery, for an additional minimal fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Please respect our no smoking and no pets (including emotional support animals) policy. You are welcome to use our supplies; please allow the same courtesy to other guests by not taking said items from our property. There is no oven available in the kitchen The use of charcoal/gas grills on premises/balcony are prohibited by the Fire Department. We offer wash/dry and fold services, including pick up and drop off, for a minimal fee. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay, based on the length of your stay and number of guests. Any additional supplies, will be the guest's responsibility for the remainder of their stay. Tropical Caribbean islands are home to a diverse range of flying insects, particularly during the spring/summer warm temperatures and high humidity. They are more prevalent in the evenings when winds are calm and are attracted to light. Keep the sliding doors closed and consider an EPA registered repellent if you are planning on being outdoors.
