Roomy and bright apartment of 150 sqm, with two balconies and a panoramic terrace of 150 sqm with views of Syracuse, Ortigia and the sea. The flat can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the 5th floor of a building with lift, in a residential area of ​​Syracuse, full of services and well served by public transport. The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies and a large terrace. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with two sofas, armchair and access to the balcony; - KITCHEN with access to the balcony, gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, blender, kitchenware, wine glasses, dining table and a Smart TV (no cable channels); - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, armchair and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with double bed, armchair, wardrobe and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM III with single bed, wardrobe and desk; - BATHROOM with sink, shower (raised), bidet and toilet; - SERVICE BATHROOM with washing machine, sink and toilet; - TWO BALCONIES; - PANORAMIC TERRACE (accessible via a spiral staircase) with outdoor forniture. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in the kitchen, in the living room and in the three bedrooms), heating with heat pumps, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER INFORMATION: - The apartment can accommodate children; however, the presence and supervision of adults is recommended on the balconies, on the terrace and for the internal spiral staircase. - Please pay attention to the piano in the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: there may be some noise due to work in progress in another apartment in the building. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are happy to organize early check-in when there are no other guests leaving the apartment on that same day; however, it will not be possible to arrange late check-out. If you need assistance for luggage storage, we can recommend you an affiliated structure. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).
