You’ll be just steps from the very well known Madison Street, where you can grab a great cup of coffee, explore local shops, or enjoy a meal at one of the many neighborhood restaurants. Great for all, settle in and make yourself at home, and enjoy all that our neighborhood has to offer. **Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every stay. The space Completely kid-friendly!! Offering board games, toys, mini crib, baby bath, and car seat​ if needed! Please just let me know before arrival. Fully equipped kitchen to fit most of your needs. We also offer coffee and tea to start your morning right. The spacious living area offers a smart TV with access to Netflix and Sling. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with a twin daybed with twin trundle. 1 of the bedrooms also has a smart TV. There are plenty of extra towels, sheets, and blankets in case you need them. We also offer a laundry room in the unit for your convenience​. This unit is completely private​ with an ​entrance off the back with a nest keypad lock. We are also equipped​ with google to make your time away that much more relaxing. Simply ask​ Google​​ to change the channel on the TV, control the thermostat, lock the door or play your favorite music along with so much more. For guests with larger groups,​ ​we offer an additional airbnb unit on the first floor that accommodates​ an additional 6 people. ​ Guest access Entire apartment, back deck, and shared yard. Private parking space included on site. Other things to note We are pet-friendly, but there is a $95 (per animal) extra cleaning fee depending on the size. We do not allow any any pets on any of the furniture or beds please. Failure to follow this house rule will result in additional cleaning fee charges. All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price. Other than approved guests, no overnight visitors are allowed.
