Beautiful Unit! The space A beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with an amazing view of the Lagoon and the outdoor pool. This unit has a King bed in the master room and 2 twins in the guest room. The sofa in the living room converts to a pull out bed adding room for two more guests. There are two bathrooms, a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen. This property offers an outdoor pool and a private beach area with a shallow entry into the Lagoon. Perfect for the little ones! At Compass Point they also offer a private boat launch, private fishing pier, kayak storage and outdoor grills. If while on your stay you would like to venture over to check out the Gulf of Mexico and the areas beautiful white beaches...there is a Public Beach access approximately 2 blocks South, crossing over West Beach Blvd. Pets are allowed with an additional $150 pet fee. 2 pet max and no cats. Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions 2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $30 for each vehicle up to 2. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles. Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens. Additional Items included: (these are not refilled during your stay) Kitchen includes- A starter set of trash bags(2), dish soap, dish detergent(1 use), laundry detergent(1 use), paper towels(1 roll) Bathrooms include- Toilet paper(1 roll each), travel size: Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, face soap, bath soap, trash bag(1 each) Bath towels and linens included Lagoon side Open air Parking ($30 per vehicle - 2 max) 2 Elevators Outdoor shower 2 Community Grills- first come first serve. *Charcoal not provided Don't forget to bring: While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. Other things to note Parking: 2 cars max per unit. Passes are $30 per car and are good for the duration of your stay. This fee is an additional charge and is NOT included in the price breakdown. *PARKING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BY THE HOA* After booking, please send a message letting us know how many cars your group will be expecting. The parking charge will be sent via Airbnb, closer to the arrival date and after the reservation is paid in full. The charge must be accepted prior to your arrival.
