The space This home was custom built in 1932 and has most of the original woodwork. Throughout the house are several original built-ins and hardwood floors. It has a very soothing effect on people, like a nice hug. The overall atmosphere of the house is comforting and relaxing. The bedroom listed is on the second floor with a private attached bath. The bedroom is tastefully furnished with a queen size bed, upholstered arm chair, matching nightstands and lamps, builtin dresser with eight drawers, desk and office chair, ample closet space and storage trunk. -Queen size bed -A/C -Off street parking -Housekeeper every other week -Attached private bath This space is perfect for traveling professionals. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the house to the hospital. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen for food stuffs. You're welcome to use all dishes, cooking gear, condiments and seasonings. Guest access Guest have the run of the house. There's a comfortable quiet living room. You'll also have access to a den and kitchen. There's a second half bath next to the kitchen. Washer and dryer are available on site in the basement. I use Tide laundry detergent and you are welcome to use it. Please bring your own laundry soap if you don’t like Tide. There’s a beautiful back yard with a deck and you're welcome to use the BBQ. During your stay I live on site and am available as much or as little as my guests would like.
