This open spaciousness is further accented by the leaded glass windows that wraps the entire length of the home, bathing everything in warm natural light. All bedrooms feature queen beds with quality Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattresses, supreme linens, sitting area, large dresser and/or closet with organizers. For larger gatherings, you may expand your accommodation by adding the lower level, which includes a game room and bar. You have the option to add the rec room only, a fifth bedroom or two extra bedrooms with rec room. Plus a fold-out full-size sofa. This flexibility allows Bagley Place to easily accommodate up to 12-16 adults or children. That’s six bedrooms and three baths total! (Bonus! Billiards Hall is included with full six-bedroom rental.) RELAXING COURTYARD & INTIMATE BACKYARD Bagley Place is beautifully landscaped for special intimacy and privacy. A beautiful trellis fence envelopes and encloses the entire property. Two three-tier fountains create a peaceful, restful setting at the center of urban fun. A flagstone courtyard welcomes travelers with handsomely designed iron outdoor dining and a cascading water fountain. In the secluded backyard, house guests can enjoy a huge wooden deck (30' by 15') plus a stone paver patio with six-foot tall water feature as well as a second tier deck (10'x15'). At the top of the terraced backyard is another patio (18'x14') and outdoor dining table for four and a furnished Billiard Hall, which is included with the full house rental of six bedrooms. Therefore, there are three outdoor tables to seat 20-plus guests and two BBQ grills (gas & charcoal), a perfect outdoor setting for any size gatherings.
