Other things to note IMPORTANT: Our neighbors have been intermittently working on remodeling their home. We have reduced our nightly rate significantly to compensate guests for the inconvenience that may arise from potential construction noise. A pack n’ play is available at an additional daily cost, should you need one during your stay. We must be notified via AirBnB messenger at least 48 hours before check-in if you’ll need a pack n’ play. Payment is due prior to check-in. Drone use is prohibited by HOA Regulations. Guests in violation of this policy may be subject to a fine issued by the HOA. ID MUST BE LEFT AT SECURITY IF DRIVING A RENTAL OR PERSONAL CAR. They will return it each time you leave the neighborhood.
