The space The condo features three huge bedrooms, massive open floor layout, flat screen TV, two full IMMACULATE bathrooms, and a chef's kitchen with island. Million-Dollar Condo located right in the heart of the City and only steps away from Independence Mall and the Liberty Bell. The apartment is accessed by an elevator that opens right into the apartment. The open floor plan will make sure you always feel like you are in your very own center city castle. Bedroom one: King size bed, TV, large closet and ensuite bathroom Bedroom two: Queen bed, large closet and dresser Bedroom three: Twin bed with drawer storage and dresser Guest access Entire private full-floor unit Secure elevator opens directly into the apartment (no shared hallways) Keyless entry with a unique code Stair access also available Parking is not included, but paid parking is available for $25/day and can be booked through the guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. This gives you access to a nearby garage with flexible in/out convenience. Other things to note -Like most urban environments, there are people experiencing homelessness. You may come across them when traveling to or from the apartment -We ask that you remove your shoes prior to entering the apartment -Absolutely no parties -Dogs are welcome for a fee of $250 per pet. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. Location Requirement: We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
