The space The school house is five minutes from downtown Rutland, VT. It is fifteen minutes to Pico or Mountain Top, and twenty minutes to Killington ski areas. Views of Pico and Killington from front door. The building sits on one acre of land. It is a quiet, country location with few neighbors. However, it has the convenience of being close to shopping, dining, etc. If you are looking for the quintessential Vermont getaway experience, this is the place for you.
