Other things to note Food & Drinks Service: A few weeks before your arrival, your dedicated concierge will contact you to discuss your meal preferences and ensure the villa is fully stocked with your favorite food and beverages. Our team handles all the shopping, so everything will be ready when you arrive. The chef will have all the necessary ingredients and will prepare your requested meals. At the end of your stay, we’ll total the grocery receipts and provide a final invoice for you to settle before departure. We do not upcharge on groceries or alcohol, what we pay at the store is what you pay! Security: For added peace of mind, optional overnight security is available for an additional fee. After midnight, only registered guests with valid identification (such as passports) are permitted to access the villa. All entrances, including upper and lower doors, are securely locked each night. Noise Policy & Gatherings: To maintain harmony with our Neighborhood Association guidelines, loud music and disruptive noise must end by 10 PM. During the day, music can be enjoyed until 10 PM at a respectful volume using our in-house sound system. Large speakers are not permitted. We aim to ensure your stay is enjoyable while respecting the tranquility of our neighborhood. Excessive noise complaints will be taken seriously. The villa is not suitable for late night partying, and unregistered visitors are not allowed. Occupancy is strictly limited to 12 guests. Any violations of these policies may result in forfeiture of the security deposit, eviction, or termination of the rental agreement. Pool Guidelines: For your safety and comfort, please refrain from using glassware in or around the pool area. Maid Service: Our dedicated housekeeper ensures the villa remains immaculate by cleaning common areas and guest rooms daily. Linens and bedding are refreshed regularly.
