Other things to note As of 2017, U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in. There is a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite. The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Sargussam- The Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels of Sargassum seaweed this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided.
