We owned Sand Dollar Estate since 2001. This luxurious beachfront property is the perfect destination for a secluded family vacation, destination wedding, corporate retreat or to connect with a special group of friends. Host to U.S. Presidents, Vice Presidents, ambassadors, Nobel laureate, Olympians, celebrities, and rock stars, this stunning compound is set on 2 1/2 acres of pristine Magens Bay Shoreline. Offering accommodations of 9 bedrooms, or 11 bedrooms for up to 30 people. The space Sand Dollar is the only property built on 2 pristine white sand beaches which comes full staff - property manager, private chef, housekeepers, and gardener. Guest access For guests renting Sand Dollar and Little Sand Dollar, you will have access to the main villa (6 bedrooms) and Little Sand Dollar (3 bedrooms), and all the exterior area. For guests renting Sand Dollar Main Villa, Little Sand Dollar, and the Bungalows, you have access to the main villa (6 bedrooms), Little Sand Dollar (3 bedrooms), the Bungalows (2 bedrooms), and all the exterior area. Other things to note Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We do not rent the Bungalows to a different party if you are renting 9 bedrooms. Please note the U.S. Virgin Islands Hotel Tax is 12.5%. Guest is responsible for this tax when you stay at any villas or hotels in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Sand Dollar Estate is exclusive the guests staying on the property. We do not allow people staying at other properties to have access to Sand Dollar Estate. Please provide names of guest prior to arrival. For cancellation, we refund 50% of the money received if you notify us at least 180 days prior to arrival. In the event that there is a travel ban to the U.S. Virgin Islands at the time of the reservation, guests can apply a credit to future reservations. Please contact us for the Rental Agreement for the terms and conditions of your reservation. The agreement becomes binding when submitted your initial payment.
