BOOK NOW! The space Important Information for Your Stay o Our home is located 2 hours from San Juan and 25 minutes from Ponce. If your primary focus is tourism in the metro area, this may be too far for your needs. o The house is situated on 30 acres of tropical land. Expect occasional visits from local wildlife, including lizards and bugs. While we thoroughly clean before and after each guest, nature will have its presence. o You have full access to the top floor of the house and the pool (use at your own risk). o The property requires 24/7 maintenance, so Camacho and I live in the basement (separate entrance from the Airbnb, we are at the bottom, Airbnb is on top). We never access your areas but will be working on the coffee plantation during the day, alongside other employees. Occasionally, family members may visit, but not in your designated spaces. **We hope this helps clarify what to expect during your stay!** Guest access o Pool o Jacuzzi o Billiards Table o BBQ Area o Power Generator o 2,737 sq. ft. living area Other things to note Important Details for Your Stay - Our home is a family residence and a working coffee & plantain farm. We're here 24/7 for assistance and to maintain the 30-acre property. - The pool and jacuzzi are maintained at 90°F. The jacuzzi flows into the pool, making it warmer. You’re welcome to use them at your own risk, 24/7. The pool pump and heater run from 9 am to 7 pm. - We have a friendly 10-pound dog, Pancho, who lives downstairs. He may visit and loves greeting guests! - The ceiling has skylights. If you’re sensitive to early morning light, we recommend bringing a sleep mask. - To help protect our wooden floors, please avoid sharp objects, stilettos, and moving furniture. - We offer a camping area for groups larger than 8, available for an additional fee. It’s located away from the home and is a separate section on the property. Campers do not share spaces with you.
