Only rented by the complete loft , my relatives houses and our architectural office are 800ft (75mts) away, the property has big green areas, Hall for group activities, BBQ, children playground, nice gazebo and a small farm. It's a gated community, will be weddings on the green areas at 300 feets away on weekends that takes 5 hours per day, with fireworks at night sometimes. No unauthorized meetings more than 4 or events are allowed. All loud music must end by 9pm because the place has a patent for events until that time. Guest access The property spans 15,000 m² and is a condominium that includes a family home and offices located 75 meters from the loft. It features spacious green areas, a gazebo, and gardens. On weekends, weddings are held just 75 meters away, accompanied by music that lasts for four hours. Other things to note On Saturdays or Sundays : There is an event room on the same property. (Aprox 70 meters) Occasionally will be events of weddings with 4 consecutive hours of music. All group activities must end at 9pm. No loud noise is allowed after 9pm please.
