The space This loft offers keyless entry, making check-in easy, flexible, and comfortable at any hour. The property is rented as a fully private loft within a gated compound that also includes a few other residences, along with the architecture offices of Alianz and Nebulae. More than just a stay, this is an architectural experience. The space is conceived as an immersive exploration of biobrutalist and retrofuturistic design, with a distinctive, almost otherworldly atmosphere created for guests who appreciate bold architecture, design, and places with a strong identity. The loft offers a full experience both indoors and outdoors, with inviting interior spaces as well as terraces, gardens, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a barbecue area designed for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the atmosphere of the property. Inside the villa, guests are free to enjoy the space without indoor sound restrictions. We also allow private events with prior approval and an additional fee. Feel free to ask for more details. When Watercube is available, special activities may also be arranged in this adjacent property.
