Please note this property is our second home and as such there are some clothing items stored in the closets plus condiments in the refrigerator and some food items in the kitchen. help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We offer our members only access to the Spanish Bay health, racquet club and pool. Pay $25.00 per day directly when you arrive at the club. Well worth a swim, workout or tennis match. Book a massage or luxuriate in their steam room then enjoy sunset and drinks at the open fire lounge a short walk through the gardens to the Inn at Spanish Bay. Truly an experience not to miss. NOTE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: We have three balconies with locking French doors. Children may not use the elevator unattended. Street parking in front of our building with 3 hour limit from 9:00am to 5:00pm or park your car a block away in the 24 hour lot. We will alert you ahead of your booking if we have done so. Our goal is tasteful, comfortable luxury so please be assured, our intention is a high end product for our guests and ourselves. Guest access You will have access to your flat through a shared entry room and elevator. There is a code on the door in addition to two keys for your unit to insure privacy. Other things to note We set the check in and check out times based on back to back rentals that require the exact set up time. Early check in or late check out is $50.00 for each hour if we are able to provide you with the time. If we have a last minute booking, we will need to honor the check out and check in time as listed. Thank you
