A formal dining that seats 8, a peninsula that seats 3, the island seats 3, and a dining breakfast area that seats 3. The living room with fireplace overlook the woods. The entry level is open, spacious and bright. Upper Level (above entry) The upper level houses the master suite. Richly appointed, it features exquisite furnishings, a king bed, fireplace, bathroom and a deck in addition to a stunning tree. Lower Level (below entry) The lower level is home to 3 bedrooms two bathroom and a spacious game room area. Two rooms feature one full bed, dresser and adorable and unique nightstands. The third room features 3 full bed bunks and exquisite furnishings. The game room contains a pool table, foosball table, arcade machines, game boards and a bar. Bathrooms The property hosts 3.5 bathrooms. The entry level, a half bath. The upper, and the lower, two bath/shower combo. Features include hardwood flooring, hardwood cabinetry and mirrors. Outdoor Living Space Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, Tree House Cabin features spacious, decks. Our property is large and full of areas to sled or play. Lake Arrowhead Village Lake Arrowhead Village is a quick 4-minute drive and home to a number of outlets, local retail, restaurants and quaint amusement park. CA Penal Code 365.7 Punishment may be up to a maximum penalty of $1,000 per instance and up to 6 months in jail. *$500 fee will be charge if there is any evidence of any animal. Please take our no party policy into serious consideration before booking our home. We put a lot of love and care into the house and want to ensure it remains intact. House Rules • Must be at least 25 years to rent. • Our vacation rental permit allows a maximum occupancy of 12 • Parking for 3 vehicles/ Driveway. • Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm & 7:00 am • No events or party’s • No smoking of any kind (e-cigarette/ vaping/ hookah included) on property. YOU MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE AND AT A MINIMUM OF 25’ AWAY FROM THE MAIN HOME. THIS INCLUDES DEKS OFF THE MAIN HOUSE. $500 fee will be charge if there are signs of smoking inside the house. • No pets (non smoking policy applies) • Gentle reminder that this is our home and to treat it, and surrounding neighbors, with consideration • Guest must take trash out on check-out day. • Extra fees may be charge for any stains, missing, broken or damaged items. • Do not re-arrange furniture • Children should be supervised at all times on the decks. • Wash, dry and put away dishes and utensils used prior to leaving. As a note to families with small children, this may not be the most suitable home for you as there are steps through out the entire house. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES ON THE DECKS. Other things to note We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during snowy conditions, CHAINS MAY BE REQUIRED for access up the mountain and for driving on mountain roads. Be sure to check weather and road conditions by contacting CalTrans, the National Weather Service, etc. We do not extend refunds due to weather conditions, road closures, driver's abilities or vehicle limitations. Our road is plowed by the county but you may need to shovel the driveway during heavy snowfall. Snow shovels will be provided. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short term renters are not permitted to use the lake as of September 28th 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Siverwood and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season. We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues.
