The space The security for our visitors is top priority. There are 2 independent detectors for detection of smoke, Co2, humidity, temperature and atmospheric pressure. The condo has a security box and patrols of security personnel throughout the complex, including the swimming pool areas and central Palapa. There are lifeguards at sea access times during the day. The beach has a flag from the city government and flags indicating the state of sea agitation. All bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body cream, body and face towels, toilet paper, hair dryer in the downstairs bathroom, iron and ironing board. Each Bedroom has TV screen with Streaming Apps. There is air conditioning and fans in all rooms. The kitchen has glasses, plates, pots, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich toaster, set of spices, blender and kitchen utensils. Gas grill and microwave. Guest access Access to 3 groups of pools (Kids pool, main pool, infinity pool and 3 family jacuzzi tubs). Bathrooms in the areas of the three pools and showers to remove excess sand. Nice central palapa with armchairs to breathe the sea breeze and have a nice time with friends and family. There is a laundry and small grocery store within the campus of the condominium. Access to the legendary white sand beach, the volleyball court and other facilities. The condo has small individual palapas around all the pools, with comfortable lounge chairs. Beach towels are included. You will also find in the closets of the apartment, on loan for the guests, football balls, 1 beach umbrella to bury in the sand, cooler for your favorite drinks in the pool or beach, and two small tables of surf so you can enjoy the waves of the turquoise sea. Toys to build sand castles on the beach. Other things to note It is not allowed to hang clothes outside the apartment or on the terraces to dry. It is not allowed to play music with high volume out of respect for the other inhabitants of the condominium. No parties are allowed inside the department, nor additional guests to those registered on their first day in the guestbook of the security box. No noise is allowed on the terrace after 9pm
