Spacious Shaver Cabin, Wildflower Village

Tucked away in the Wildflower Village Subdivision in Shaver Lake is a spacious 3,000 sq ft 3-story cabin. This oasis is complete with 4 bedrooms plus a loft, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, separate bar, billiards room, and a movie room. Take advantage of decks on all three stories includes a gas BBQ and even screened in outdoor dining room. The space The sight of deer chipmunks and other woodland creatures accompanies the smell of cedar and pine trees, you are wrapped in the cool clean air as you enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to Mother Nature's song. We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason Guest access The entire space is available to our guests with the exception of a locked cleaner’s closet. You are welcome to park In the two car garage, driveway or along the street. Other things to note Important Note About Power Outages For your safety, utility companies may occasionally shut off power in mountain areas during high fire-risk conditions. While this is a precaution to help prevent wildfires, we understand it can be an inconvenience. To ensure your comfort during these times, we provide battery-powered lanterns and phone chargers for your use. Please note that as these outages are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds related to power shut-offs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are happy to ship any items left behind. Guest is responsible for shipping fees and $25 to pay the cleaner for the extra service. We don’t recommend guests shipping anything to the house. Mountain mail is extremely unreliable.
