ELLERY HOUSE is a charming and beautifully maintained, 1800 sq-ft Summer Beach House. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Also have Queen pull out couch. Pets and children are always welcome. You will LOVE the huge outdoor patio space! 3 Blocks to the beach & a mile to downtown! The space Many rooms, including kitchen & bathrooms, newly updated & renovated. AC in each room including all bedrooms. GREAT large outdoor patio space. There are 4 bedrooms, Queen, Queen, Full & Full. There is a Queen pull out sleeper (comfortable!) in main living room. We also have a Queen air mattress if needed. Pricing will increase for parties over 7. Please inquire & we will get you a quote. We have been renting our home since 2006 , seasonally, and love to host people from all over the world! We do require a separate contract to be signed. Guest access You have entire main house to yourself. There is no sharing of the home space. The only shared space is the patio, with the owners, when periodically we may pass through to access the yard. I never use patio when you are renting the home. Completely separate area off back of home is sometimes owner occupied. It is a completely private, separate space. You may occasionally run into us or our 2 dogs, passing through through the back yard/patio area, or in & out of the driveway, but your stay in the main house is very private. We are a NON-smoking property, but you may smoke outside. We are also happy to welcome your dog(s) with a $250 pet fee. Other things to note Home is completely private for your use - there are no shared spaced inside the home. *** please note we use Roku TV. There are no regular cable stations.
