Inquire if you need more info!) * Private dock with boat slips, kayaks, and swim pad - watching the town fireworks on July 4, New Years Eve, and Winter Carnival from our dock is awesome! * Outdoor seating, grill, and firepit (seasonal) * Complimentary winter & summer outdoor gear This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months and housebroken. The home has free parking for one large or two compact vehicles. Other things to note You have complete privacy in your cabin. We live on the property in a separate cabin so we're immediately available to address any issues. Guest access The entire cabin, sauna, outdoor patio and a dedicated, off-street parking space plus our private dock across the street is yours to enjoy. Other things to note The cabin is located on the busiest street in the Adirondacks. You'll hear some traffic noise during the day but it quiets down in the evening and overnight. You'll be within easy walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, grocery and liquor stores, parks, and more. But, if you want a secluded cabin in the woods, this one isn't for you! Please let us know if you'll be bringing a pet. There's no extra charge and we love hosting them - just want to know who's staying with us! Due to an unusual amount of damage lately, dogs must be crated when left alone in the cabin. Please let us know if you’re bringing more than one vehicle. There’s one, off-street parking space for the cabin. Depending on the sizes of your vehicles, we may be able to accommodate them, or you may need to park one of them down the street. You'll need to supply your own firewood and kindling but they're easily available locally. We don't allow guests to forage on the property for wood or kindling. The firepit and grill are seasonal - we don't shovel them out in the winter but if you want to you're welcome to!
